Victory Ranch is pleased to welcome Jim Goodman as our new General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience in luxury resort, golf, ski and amenitized real estate projects, Jim most recently performed a similar role at The Glacier Club in Durango, Colorado.  
 
At Victory Ranch, Jim will work closely with our onsite team to continue identifying ways to elevate service and experience for our members. He will oversee The Club’s daily operations and the management of our amenities, including the Freestone Lodge, our 18-hole Rees Jones Golf Course, our private ski-in/ski-out clubhouse in Park City and our soon-to-be completed clubhouse and pool, The Post.
 
In his new role, Jim will also act as senior project leader and owner’s representative for Victory Ranch developer Sterling Bay, the Chicago based real estate investment and development company, which purchased Victory Ranch in 2012.
 
Jim is relocating to Park City from Colorado and is joined by his wife Heidi and their two sons, 10-year-old AJ and 8-year-old Jack. Jim is an avid golfer and fly fisherman and enjoys playing ice hockey and other outdoor activities with his family.
