Overview

Homesites
at Victory Ranch

Surrounded by open space and majestic mountains in every direction, it’s easy to forget you have neighbors. As one of the lowest density communities in the area, we offer the utmost in seclusion and solitude. With such a small community, you’re sure to know all your neighbors, but you’re more likely to see them at the Freestone Lodge than from your backyard.

Victory Ranch offers a range of homesites, from 1 acre estate homesites to ranches over 40 acres, each thoughtfully sited to maximize both privacy and views of the mountain landscape.

Ranch Homesites

The ranch homesites at Victory Ranch range from 10 acres to 80 acres and offer an unprecedented opportunity to own a large ranch property in a magnificent setting. While each parcel presents absolute seclusion and privacy, ranch owners enjoy close proximity to all of Victory Ranch core amenities.

Our most coveted ranch homesites are located in The River Ranch Collection. Secluded amidst breathtaking landscape above our river corridor on the western edge of Victory Ranch, this collection represents three of our largest and most private enclaves — River Ranch 180, River Ranch 181 and River Ranch 182.

Entry to The River Ranch Collection is along a dedicated roadway, which winds across the high country landscape, past aspen trees and cottonwoods. These prime ranch properties are beautifully postured with majestic western views of Deer Valley Mountain, the Wasatch Range and the Jordanelle Reservoir. To the immediate east lies the core amenities of the Victory Ranch community while panoramic views of the Uintas, Rock Cliffs and Flat Top Mountain fill the horizon.
