A Weekend of Wellness, Yoga and Wine
Victory Ranch is set to host its first women’s wellness retreat, Stretch & Catch, featuring the perfect combination of fitness, adventure, relaxation and wine. From riverside yoga sessions and golf clinics to massage treatments and wine tastings, the invigorating weekend event, June 25–28, presents an array of activities and workshops tailored exclusively for our women members and their guests. Enjoy endless ways to unwind, connect with friends and explore the beautiful nature that surrounds Victory Ranch.
The weekend kicks-off with a Paint & Wine Mixer, where guests will tap into their inner artist during a guided 2-hour art session that features live music, delicious cuisine and organic wines by local Sommelier Tim Taylor at the Freestone Lodge. Throughout the weekend, culinary events will feature curated wine pairings with selections from Victory Ranch’s extensive collection.
Each morning begins with rejuvenating, outdoor yoga sessions along Victory Ranch’s private stretch of the Upper Provo River, followed by an inspiring health and wellness workshop. The Empowering Body and Mind workshop will focus on exploring foods that help fight inflammation. In the Curb Your Cravings workshop, guests learn how to understand and control food cravings.
Stretch & Catch will also feature a Healthy Living Cooking Class, in which attendees learn the art of cooking light with Victory Ranch’s Executive Chef, Adam Price, who shares his favorite techniques in a fun, interactive class.
During Open Activity Sessions, the women will select the activity of their choice, from relaxing acupuncture and massage treatments to adventures in the backcountry. The Victory Ranch Outfitters team will offer Fly Fishing clinics, 5-Stand Shooting clinics, mountain biking tours and hikes on the Kamloop Trail, one of Park City’s most scenic private trails. The retreat will also feature several golf clinics, where guests can enjoy one-on-one coaching with the pros at Victory Ranch’s 18-hole Rees Jones golf course.
