Summer 2017 Victory Ranch Fitness Class Schedule

Victory Ranch is excited to announce the addition of three new fitness classes this summer, designed to supplement our members’ commitment to health and wellness. While “nature’s gym” lies just beyond, The Post’s new fitness offerings afford residents the ability to find balance and physically challenge themselves – and, have fun all the while. Set into motion on June 7th, these classes are sure to enhance your summer activity at Victory Ranch. See below for full class descriptions:

Class Descriptions:

Power Yoga [60 minutes]- Enhance your strength, balance & coordination by incorporating breath with movement in this energizing Vinyasa class. Experience power yoga as a full mind & body journey, resulting in an ultimate sense of invigoration and peace. This class is appropriate for those with yoga experience, but can be modified for any level.

Victory HIIT [60 minutes]- High Intensity Interval Training is known to increase endurance & rev up your metabolism for hours after your workout. This fun, high energy class begins with bodyweight exercises and ends with core work & stretching.

Spinning [60 minutes]- An exhilarating, challenging & fun workout on indoor, stationary bikes. Tune in or zone out while increasing endurance, burning calories and enjoying a group ride. End with a nice cool down & stretch.

LIIT [30 minutes]- Low impact metabolism-boosting, muscle-strengthening exercises. This class is perfect for those newer to exercise or prefer low impact workouts. The intervals are fun and effective, followed by periods of rest.

Gentle Yoga with Betty [60 minutes]- A slower yoga class, gently easing the body into poses & postures. Perfect for beginners & those looking to work on alignment. Lengthen, strengthen and relax your body & mind.

SUP Yoga [90 minutes]- Come & enjoy the ancient practice of yoga combined with Stand Up Paddle Boarding on our Freestone Pond, amplified by the gentle babbling of the Upper Provo River in your midst. Our setting is truly unique – in no other locale can you delight in both yoga and a deep connection to nature.
