“Victory Ranch brings a low-density approach to the high country of the American West.” – Robb Report
We are proud to share that Victory Ranch is featured in Robb Report’s November 2015 issue. “Rugged mountains, mighty rivers, and wide-open spaces form the postcard-perfect picture of the American West,” the article begins. “That idyllic image is at the heart of the new Victory Ranch.”
Robb Report notes Victory Ranch’s “prime natural setting” and modest plans with respect to developing the land. Only 350 homesites will be developed amidst our 6,700 acres of pristine, high-country terrain, making it one of the lowest-density projects in the entire Park City area.
“This is a legacy property for families and their children and their children after them,” said Matt Eastman, Victory Ranch’s Outfitters Director. “We’re doing the best we can to protect the natural world around us.”
The articles highlights Victory Ranch’s robust amenity set, including 875 Main, our exclusive ski-in/ski-out clubhouse at the base of the Park City ski resort, and our 18-hole Rees Jones–designed golf course. Robb Report notes further The Post’s new 50-foot, year-round swimming pool and fitness center, and array of outdoor pursuits, including more than 20 miles of private trails, 5-stand shooting facility, backcountry yurts and world-class fly fishing along the Upper Provo River.
