We are excited to announce that phase one of Victory Ranch’s newest amenity, The Barn, opened this past weekend. Our largest clubhouse yet, The Barn features two barn-inspired structures featuring an inviting mountain modern aesthetic and an array of recreation, wellness and dining options, both inside and out.

This first phase of opening includes the Fitness Center, Movement Studio, JuiceBar, Paddle Tennis Courts and a Warming Hut.

With the goal of having all facilities in operation by Thanksgiving, The Barn will open in phases throughout the month of November.

The Barn’s well-appointed Fitness Center offers an idyllic setting for improving one’s well-being, with a host of state-of-the-art cardio machines set before a wide expanse of windows and a spacious studio for group classes, such as yoga, Pilates and spin.

The Fitness Center’s open floorplan flows to the adjacent JuiceBar, The Barn’s cold-pressed juice and coffee shop. Here, members can order up an Almond Milk Latte or grab a post-workout “Detox” Cold-pressed Juice, or a Banana, Horchata and Almond Butter Smoothie to fuel the rest of one’s day.

Also newly-opened is The Barn’s Warming Hut, adjacent to the Paddle Tennis pavilion. This popular activity allows four-season competitive fun and, with a cozy Warming Hut alongside it, everybody wins. Warm up by the fire post-play this winter and enjoy a hot drink before and after a match.

Phase two of The Barn’s opening will feature The Parlor Restaurant and The Spa, followed by the phase three, which will include the Art Studio, Game Room and Indoor Sports Court.

The final phase of The Barn will take place Summer 2018, with the completion of a 75-foot swimming pool with a hot tub and winding water slide, all surrounded by a tranquil stream and pond, a great lawn, and bocce ball court.
