Mountain Living, a famed publication that features the high country’s best architecture, interior design and travel destinations, recently featured Victory Ranch in the November/December issue in a rich piece titled, “A Home for All Seasons.” The seven-page spread highlights Victory Ranch members Tricia and Brian Eichenberger, a Chicago couple with a penchant for travel and adventure who purchased a property amongst the backcountry after just one visit. The community, the offerings, the options, the development, the location—essentially every little detail made up their decision to buy here.
Tricia and Brian Eichenberger enjoyed their life in Chicago and didn’t want to fully surrender to mountain life. Yet, Tricia and Brian likewise didn’t want to give up on the Victory Ranch experience. It was everything they wanted—complete with a lush golf course and in close proximity to Deer Valley skiing. As such, they found the perfect balance by purchasing with close friends. This afforded the couple the luxury of owning a home at Victory Ranch and having the chance to fully customize their new year round getaway. The article tells an eloquent tale of Tricia’s experience in designing the home. She says, “I got to do the fun stuff.” Working with designer Donna Figg of Austin, Texas, Tricia was able to create a space that was beautiful, on-trend and designed for all seasons.
Capitalizing upon Victory Ranch’s natural grandeur beyond oversized windows throughout the home, Donna and her team developed a style that would carry the Eichenbergers, their co-owners and their guests through each of Utah’s vibrant seasons. Opting for a monochromatic style, the firm selected shades of gray, ivory and other neutral tones to unify the design. The space was devised to be thoroughly sophisticated and luxurious, yet simultaneously cozy, comfortable and aesthetically soothing—365 days a year. The piece goes on to talk about the team’s approach, gives a full visual scope of the final result and sums it up with the Eichenberger’s claim of what a wonderful place Victory Ranch has proven to be for them, year after year.
