We’re excited to share that we’ve officially broken ground on eight new Club Cabin Homes at Victory Ranch. These custom-designed homes are located in the heart of Victory Ranch with unparalleled views of the Jordanelle Reservoir, the Wasatch Range and the eastern slopes of Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Marrying classic mountain architecture with modern design elements, the timeless design of the Club Cabin Homes honors the tradition of mountain living while also refining it. Each home is thoughtfully crafted using the finest native material, such as locally-sourced moss stone and douglas fir timber beams. These open concept three or four bedroom luxury homes range from approximately 2,600 to 3,100-square feet and offer flexible floor plans that can be tailored to suit your needs and lifestyle.

We’ve partnered with Barclay Butera to offer a full custom design center that has been extremely well received by our earliest Club Cabin acquirers. With solid interest and momentum we continue to generate custom estate home site sales, with new, highly anticipated locations being released. We just celebrated the opening of 875 Main, our private and luxurious Ski-In/Ski-Out access club at the base of the Town Lift in historic downtown Park City.

Construction of our new club facility adjacent to the Freestone Lodge is also well underway. When finished, the spacious new center will feature a large swimming pool, hot tubs and fire pit. It will also become the new home for Member Services and all things Outfitter.
