At The Residence Club, owners experience unbridled freedom amidst the natural beauty of our community’s 6,700 acres, including a 4,000-acre backcountry wilderness and majestic, four mile stretch of the Upper Provo River. The Kestrel

The Kestrel features a beautifully open layout, complete with three bedrooms amongst its 2,015 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. Adorned in a chic mountain modern aesthetic, The Kestrel is an idyllic vacation home with fully-appointed interiors and plenty of room for everyone in the family to live comfortably.

The Residence Club offers shared real estate ownership in 16 luxury cabins located along the Upper Provo River just minutes from Park City. Here, owners benefit from an effortless, turnkey lifestyle with six guaranteed weeks of vacation per year and additional free weeks when available. Owners also enjoy full use of Victory Ranch club amenities and access to a dedicated member services team, affording an entirely flexible way to own a contemporary mountain home.
