Learn the art and techniques of canning to preserve the fall’s bountiful harvest, with possible subjects to include tomatoes, salsas, peppers, berries, jams and jellies. A plethora of supplies will be provided. Your personal supplies and requests are welcome. Please direct any specific requests to Chef Adam prior to the class so that he may integrate them into the class.
