YOGA ON THE RIVER
8am – 9am, meet at the Freestone Lodge
An invigorating morning Hatha Yoga session along Victory Ranch’s private stretch of the Upper Provo River. Hatha Yoga incorporates postures and simple breathing techniques in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation. Hatha Yoga encourages muscle and spinal alignment to improve balance, strength and focus. It’s the perfect practice for both beginner and intermediate yogis.

EMPOWERING BODY AND MIND WORKSHOP
10:30am–11am at the Freestone Lodge
Empowering your body and mind means releasing that which does not serve you. The first step is fighting inflammation. Excess inflammation in the body can lead to many physical illnesses, chronic pain, trigger digestive issues and cause physical and mental fatigue. In this workshop, we will look at which foods help fight inflammation and which foods to omit.
